Eco Removal Systems Ltd Customer Terms & Conditions:

Definitions:

1.1 “The Company” Eco Removal Systems” or “us, we or ERS” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is126 Oldbury Road, Smethwick, Birmingham B66 1JE, United Kingdom

1.2 “The purchaser” is the person or company who orders and receives goods and or service from “The Company”.

1.3 “Product” or “equipment” or “Goods” is the term used for any machinery, consumables or service that is offered or sold by Eco Removal Systems Ltd.

Payment:

2.1 If a credit facility has been approved for the purchaser, payment is to be made to Eco Removal Systems 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed by The Company.

2.2 BACS payments are preferred. Debit or Credit card payments are subject to the discretion of ERS and can be refused at any time.

2.3 If payment is via a Pro-forma invoice, the goods will only be dispatched on the clearance of the payment. 

2.4 The interest you can charge if another business is late paying for goods or a service is ‘statutory interest’ – this is 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business to business transactions.

2.5 Failure to provide payment within the times stipulated in clause 2.1 can result in Eco Removal Systems Ltd to remove the credit facility of the purchaser.

Orders:

3.1 Eco Removal Systems terms is “Ex Works” (EXW)

3.2 On receipt of a purchase order or written confirmation an estimated lead time for any goods will be given as soon as possible. However under this agreement the date can only be taken as an approximate.

3.3 On receipt of a purchase order or written confirmation of any order for goods or service, this can be done hard copy or via email. Eco Removal Systems Ltd have the right to charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the invoice value if the order is subsequently cancelled.

3.4 Eco Removal Systems Ltd will not refund or exchange any goods supplied. If there is a fault with the goods then The Company will repair the goods or replace. This will be either done under Warranty or outside of that period at an agreed cost.

3.5 Any goods awaiting a repair approval that are being stored Eco Removal Systems Ltd site can be subject to a £10 + vat per day charge following a period of 7 working days after quotation of works.

Product:

4.1 When using any Ecogum machine, consumables or service Eco Removal Systems take no responsibility of any damage to any surface that is caused by direct or in direct use of our equipment or service.

4.2 All machines will be delivered with an operator manual (also available to download from the Eco Removal Systems Ltd website). It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check on arrival of the machine whether there is an operator manual and report back to Eco Removal Systems. It is the purchaser’s responsibility that the manual is followed by the operator, ERS takes no responsibility if the operating manual hasn’t been read, followed and understood.

Training:

5.1 On delivery of a machine to a United Kingdom address Eco Removal Systems Ltd will offer user training.

5.2 If additional training is required additional fees will occur.

Warranty:

6.1 All machines come with a 12 month warranty, extendable warranty can be requested at additional cost. Within the warranty period, The Company will be responsible for the parts, labour and any transport cost on all fair usage and the use of Eco Removal Systems consumables. Eco Removal Systems has the right not to repair the machine under warranty if the terms of the warranty have been broken.
